Terms & Conditions
1. PETS: -
We regret that
we cannot accommodate pets and therefore these are not permitted in the
caravan.
2. AGE LIMITS: -
NO ALL MALE/FEMALE PARTIES or
ADULT GROUPS under 25 years
of age allowed - families only.
3. OTHER CONTITIONS:
SMOKING is NOT permitted within the caravan.
4.
Butlins Holiday Caravans reserves the right to refuse any application for
accommodation, without citing reasons, regardless of
availability.
5. Only people named in the booking form will
be allowed to stay in the accommodation; any alternatives must be
notified, and agreed in writing to Butlins Holiday Caravans.
6. DUVETS ON BEDS IN USE MUST BE COVERED,
You need to provide your own linen
i.e. Pillow cases, Duvet covers & Bottom sheets for each bed you are
going to use and parents are requested to bring rubber or waterproof
sheets for young children.
7. Damage to
Accommodation
You must be advised to us, before
departure of the holiday period. Butlins Holiday Caravans reserves the
right to agree with holidaymaker at the point of time, charges for
damage/breakages to accommodation and/or equipment
supplied.
8. The
Holidaymaker shall at all times maintain the property and its contents in
a clean and tidy condition. The holidaymaker shall be liable to Butlins
Holiday Caravans for any loss, costs expenses or claims arising from any
damage accidental or otherwise caused to the property and/or its contents
by the holidaymaker or any person in his/her party. If as a result of such
damage, the property or any of its contents need to be repaired or
replaced then the holidaymaker shall be responsible for paying the
reasonable cost of doing so. Butlins Holiday Caravans reserves the right
to charge extra cleaning charges where a property is left in an
unacceptable condition. The holidaymaker should never leave any entrance
doors open, or leave windows open when the property is unoccupied or cause
annoyance or become a nuisance to occupants of adjoining premises, whether
holiday homes or not. The holidaymaker shall permit the Butlins Holiday
Caravans and the park manager reasonable access to the property for urgent
repairs etc.
9. Butlins Holiday Caravans is entitled to ask
the holidaymaker or the holiday’s party to leave the property without
refund of monies if damage has been or is likely to be caused, or if the
holidaymaker’s behavior is deemed to be unacceptable.
10.
ALL CLIENTS MUST KEEP NOISE TO A LEVEL TOLERABLE BY NEIGHBOURS AT ALL
TIMES.
11. Clothes may be dried on clothes airers that
attach to caravan window. Washing lines or rotary dryers are not
permitted.
12. We will not accept liability in respect of
any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, flood, riot, war,
strikes, or sickness of the holidaymaker or any member of his/her
party.
13. CONDITIONS and SAFETY
of ACCOMODATION: -
All caravans are equipped with a battery-powered
smoke detector in the lounge which is tested by our cleaning staff prior
to each booking.
All caravans have a gas safety
certificate held by the caravan park manager.
The electrical circuitry in all
caravans is tested by an NICEIC-registered electrician annually.
All electrical appliances provided
are tested by an NICEIC-registered electrician
annually.
These certificates are also held by
the Butlins site manager.
14.
CLEANING:-
The caravan is cleaned prior to your arrival, and
while every effort is made to ensure a pristine cleanliness in each case,
all clients should alert Jamie Anderson (cleaning contractor) if he/she
feels that the caravans is not to a good standard of
cleanliness.
15. Accommodation:
Willerby Aspen 2001 37 x
12 3 beds, sleeps up to eight people in: -
One Double master bedroom
with en-suite shower room, Two twin bedrooms, and a fold out double bed in
the lounge
16. Butlins Holiday Caravans shall be allowed
access to the holiday accommodation at any reasonable time for essential
maintenance. If possible, this will be by prior arrangement.
17. Refund for Cancelled Reservations: -
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR EACH
BOOKING (if there are multiple bookings each
section of booking will attract a
deposit)
i.e.
example 1: - A two week booking will require 2 deposit’s, 1 for each
week,
example 2: - A weekend, a mid week
and the following weekend would attract 3
deposit’s.
FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED 6
WEEKS BEFORE ACTUAL BOOKING DATE.
If payment is not received by this
time your booking may be cancelled and deposit
lost!
ONCE
PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND CLEARED A RECEIPTED INVOICE & Travel
documents will be posted out to you.
SHOULD YOU CANCEL AFTER THIS POINT
NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
PAMENT WILL BE MADE BY:
-
CHEQUE,
DIRECT BANK TRANSFER,
PAYPAL (3% handling
charge)
INTO ANY LLOYDSTSB (via supplied paying in slip)
18. BUTLINS HOLIDAY CARAVANS REGRETS THAT PAYMENTS CANNOT BE
REIMBURSED FOR CANCELLATION. IN ORDER TO ENSURE
REIMBURSEMENT IN THE EVENT OF ANY INCAPACITY, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT ALL
HOLIDAYMAKERS PURCHASE A HOLIDAY
INSURANCE POLICY WHICH CAN BE OBTAINED FROM ANY REPUTABLE INSURANCE
BROKER.
19.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING WITH YOU: -
BED LINEN, Pillow cases, Quilt covers, &
Bottom sheets for all the beds that you are
going to use
TOWELS
TOILET ROLL,
20.TENANCIES: -
Tenancies commence from 14.30 hrs
on the day of arrival and terminate at 10.30 hrs on the day of departure.
If holiday maker is unable to arrive on the first day of the booking, or
has to leave before the final day of the booking, the holiday maker must
notify us. There is no refund for premature departures.
21.
ITEMS NOT allowed in the caravan:-
CHIP PANS: - We do not allow
deep fat frying in the caravan due to the risk of
FIRE.
ELECTRIC BLANKETS:- Are not allowed
due to risk of FIRE
22. OUTDOOR COOKING
BARBECUES: -
Use barbecues at least 3 meters away from the caravan, Portable barbecues
should not be used on the patio table that is provided. Used barbecues,
must NEVER be placed beneath a caravan.

23. LOST
PROPERTY:
Lost/left property will be retained for no more than
fourteen days after departure of holidaymaker. No contact will be made
with holidaymaker regarding his/her lost or left property. Holidaymaker is
responsible for advising Butlins Holiday Caravans that he/she has lost
and/or left property belonging to him/her. Holidaymaker must pay packing
and delivery charges before lost/left property will be returned. If
holidaymaker has not laid claim to his/her property within fourteen days
of departure, property will be disposed of for charitable purposes, or
thrown away, depending on state and condition of property. Baggage is at
owners risk at all times. We do not accept responsibility for loss or
damage to any car or its contents or for loss or damage by or to third
persons.
24. Ball games are to be played on the designated
areas and not between caravans.
The information you provide will be
held under Data Protection Act 1998 and can be used by
Butlins Holiday Caravans.
